MONEY BACK, SOMETIMES
Refund Policy
What you're buying, when you can get your money back, and who actually processes it.
Last updated: September 8, 2026
1. What you're buying
A one-time purchase, never a subscription: a Grave ($2.99), Monument ($9.99), or Mausoleum ($29.99) — a permanent digital display in the cemetery. No physical goods are shipped, and the service is limited to creating, hosting, and displaying that grave.
2. While it's pending review
Every submission is moderated before it becomes public. If yours is rejected and you would rather not fix and resubmit it, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Editing and resubmitting instead of asking for a refund costs nothing extra and is always an option.
3. Once it's approved and public
A published grave is doing exactly what you paid for: existing. Deleting it yourself afterwards does not trigger an automatic refund — you already received what you bought. If something is broken on our end (the grave fails to display correctly, a moderation mistake, a payment that never fulfilled), tell us and we'll fix it or refund it.
4. Who processes the refund
Paddle, as merchant of record, handles the actual payment and any refund. Its checkout may show country-specific terms and timing; refunds are returned to the original payment method within Paddle's standard processing time.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits any refund, withdrawal, or other right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, including rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. How to ask for one
Email [email protected] with the grave's address (for example ORP-A-01) and what happened. See also the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
